Core Package for Model Homes
The Core Package offers a polished level of merchandising with thoughtfully selected furnishings and styling details. The focus is on the essential layers needed to create a warm, cohesive model home with strong visual appeal.
Investment ranges from $55-70,000
Premium Package for Model Homes
The Premium Package offers an elevated level of merchandising with stylish furnishings and key statement pieces that enhance the home’s overall presentation. Select painted accent walls and draperies add depth and visual interest, giving the model a polished, styled finish.
Investment ranges $75-90,000
Premier Package for Model Homes
The Premier Package builds on the elevated furnishings of Premium with a richer mix of layered accessories, enhanced accent walls featuring wallpaper, and draperies throughout the main rooms. These added layers bring greater depth and visual interest, giving the model our most sophisticated level of merchandising.

*Investment ranges are provided as a general guide for furnishings and decorative treatments. Each proposal is tailored to the size of the home, number of spaces, and furnishing requirements. Professional design fees are quoted separately.
